Our certified credentials and key personnel are as follows:-

 

1. Hafizi Hanapi (Managing Partner)

 

He has a total of nineteen (19) years hands-on experience in auditing, accounting and consulting gained from audit firm, private companies and public practice.

He obtained a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.

His former employers include Obnet Sdn Bhd, a broadband service provider to State Corporate Bodies as an Accountant. Prior to it, he was a Corporate Planning Consultant for Myseq Sdn Bhd an IT Professional firm, Assistant Finance Manager for INPENS International College. He had also been in practice as an auditor with Ahmad Abdullah & Goh a Certified Accountant firm where he has hands-on experience in a full set of accounts and expose with an accounting practice in various industries an environment.

He has more than ten (10) years’ experience in implementation of accounting system and operation including UBS Accounting, UBS Asset Management, UBS Payroll, ICS Accounting, mySAP Accounting SAP/R3 FI/CO, Mr. Accounting, MYOB Business Solutions and AutoCount Professional Accounting.

He is a current member of MIA.

 

2. Azizan bin Mansor (Associate Partner)

 

He has been in the consultancy field for a few years. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University (1994) and has been working with a few companies before joining McOren Business Solutions as its Chief Corporate Strategist.

He is also a tutor at Open University Malaysia campus Batu Pahat handling subjects the like of Introduction to Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Behaviour and Merchandising. Training for clients is a normal thing to him especially when it involves business turnaround consultancy.

Prior to joining McOren Business Solutions, he served Black and Brown Resources Sdn Bhd as Senior Manager Corporate Development handling corporate development matters specifically in expanding the company.

He also served Vista Consult Group of Companies, holding Group Deputy CEO and CEO of a subsidiary. His analytical skill was enhanced when he was a Technical and Fundamental Analyst at Leong & Co, a stock broking company.

His work experience in banking field when he was with Public Bank Berhad adds to his business consultancy skill. Besides that, he was also involved in film making in the year 1997 to year 2000.

Business turnaround, corporate restructuring, training, business expansion, and advertising are some of his skills for business consultancy.

 

3. Suhaimi bin Hashim (Tax Advisor)

 

Hold GST and LHDN Tax Agent licenses. Experience on GST Implementation as Team Leader to plan and implement GST process and submission in the following agencies:

  2. MARA Liner Sdn Bhd - Pengangkutan/ Travel/ Courier

Obtained Degree in Accounting (UKM) and been in auditing and taxation industries as an auditor of Ernest & Young (4 years), commercial industries for 13 years and tax and tax investigation for 9 years.
